On August 3, State Senator John Curran (R- Downers Grove) and House Minority Leader Jim Durkin (R- Western Springs) hosted a free jobs readiness webinar. Those who participated learned how to create a standout resume, and how to excel during a virtual or face-to-face interview. Hiring professionals from CISCO and Weather Tech also spoke about employment opportunities and apprenticeship programs.
